Deposit per person ($200- $700 per per person & up, amount varies by dates of travel & departure city) is required at

time of booking (by major credit card, cash or cashier’s check) along with traveler's LEGAL FULL NAME (first, middle, last) &

birthdate, all as it appears exactly on the passport. Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover are accepted credit cards for

payment. For credit card payments, we require a signed credit card authorization from the cardholder... please come by or call our office to

provide your payment info, & we can then complete & send you a form to sign by email after we receive your payment info.

(Please note: We can only accept credit cards from actual travelers, not from a third party who is not traveling, fyi). PRICE IS SUBJECT

TO AVAILABILITY & CHANGE UNTIL YOUR DEPOSIT HAS BEEN MADE. Though a deposit usually guarantees the price, under rare

circumstance price is subject to change (due to unforeseen government tax increases or fuel increases) until paid in full.

We strongly recommend that you pay in full if you can to avoid the slight possibility of fuel or tax increase; though rare, it can happen.

Since this is a group special, ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE; PAYMENTS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE & NON-CHANGEABLE

(a change is considered a cancellation). Travel insurance is recommended but not included, due at time of deposit

(please see # 2 for info, below). As always, space is subject to availability & price change (space cannot be held without full

passport names, birthdates & deposit), so please reserve as soon as possible to ensure seats & rooms at the best price!

Note to trip "roommates": if you are sharing a room with another person & are both paying separately, you both must reserve

with FULL passport names, birthdates AND deposit payment the SAME day in order to secure both persons' reservations. This

is to protect both persons' investment in their vacation & ensure both parties are going & ready to commit to the trip.

2--Travel insurance & coverages:

We strongly recommended that you include travel insurance with your vacation package, available to be added with your

package AT TIME OF DEPOSIT ONLY. Travel insurance is $99- $129 per person (price depends on length of stay & city of

departure). Travel insurance covers your trip cost if you have to cancel for a MEDICAL EMERGENCY reason... "medical" defined

as major unforeseen hospitalization or death in your immediate family or traveling companion's family. Travel insurance typically

does NOT cover if you cannot go because you have a work conflict or changed your mind. It only covers for "medical emergency"

reasons (pre-existing conditions may be excluded, restrictions apply). If you are sharing a room with someone, you both must

take the insurance or decline it (since insurance cannot protect the insured person if the other person in the room is not insured

& backs out of the trip). If you purchase travel insurance & cancel for covered, provable reasons, then you will receive

reimbursement or credit for your trip cost (minus the insurance payment, of course). If you have further questions regarding

the travel insurance, please contact our office for further information. As always, restrictions apply; you may contact the

insurance provider for questions & more information.

3--Required identification & proof of U.S. citizenship:

Be advised that you are REQUIRED to have a VALID U.S. PASSPORT for your travel to Mexico (& all international destinations).

(The following are NOT acceptable for travel: birth certificates, driver's licenses, voter registration cards, & anything else are NOT--

repeat NOT accepted). Valid passport only... if you are a U.S. citizen & do not have a VALID PASSPORT, you will not be going.

Also, if you already have a valid passport, your passport must have at least 1 blank page left in it & must be valid for at least

6 months after your return home... in other words, passport must be good until at least April 2013. (Passports "unofficially" expire

6 months before they actually expire, so be SURE to check your passport's expiration date). If you do not currently have a passport,

you will not have to worry about this expiration issue, as new adult passports issued are good for 10 years (children's passports are

good for 5 years). If you have any questions regarding obtaining a passport, please feel free to call our office or visit the State

Department's website for official info at http://travel.state.gov/ for the latest news on travel requirements.

MINORS TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

In addition to a valid passport, minors (children under 18 on date of departure) traveling out of the country without both natural

parents MUST also have a notarized affidavit of permission to travel without parent(s) from each absent parent or guardian.

(Parent/guardian having full custody or parent with deceased spouse must have paperwork proving same). This letter is in addition to the

valid passport that the child will need. This law is to prevent unauthorized persons from taking children out of the country illegally.

If you are not a U.S. citizen, please check with your country’s consulate as to what you will need for your travel.

Due to changing laws & regulations, the traveler is responsible for checking on & obtaining proper documentation &

identification necessary for their travel.

4--Airport check in requirements:

By law, travelers are required to check in at LEAST 2.5 hours prior to departure time at the airport... failure to check in by

this time (checking in late) may forfeit ALL your travel with no refunds or compensation given. Due to heavier security measures

& a lengthy check-in process at the airport, please arrive at the airport early, both on outbound & return flights, to allow ample time for the

whole check-in process... if you check in late, the airline will cancel your space & refuse boarding, & you will be paying penalties

to change your tickets or buying new tickets to get home. BE EARLY!

Again, all of the above are mandatory travel requirements... no refunds or compensation will be made due to non-compliance

with these above government regulations & denied boarding as a result. Please make sure you are properly prepared, & you

will have nothing to worry about! J

5--Tickets & documents for trip:

Your tickets/documents will arrive in our office approximately 10-14 days prior to departure & will be sent to your e-mail

address that we have on file for you. No tickets can be sent out over email to travelers until after final payment is made.

6--Wedding details:

Rebecca & Randy will keep you informed when the date gets closer as to the official festivities' schedule for the weekend. Rehearsal dinner

(everyone invited) is set for Saturday, September 22, 2012; wedding date is Sunday, September 23, 2012, late in the afternoon

(before sunset). Wedding location on-site will be announced.
