Deposit of $300 per person is due at time of reservation by check or cash (plus travel insurance if desired) along with traveler's FULL LEGAL NAME (first, middle, last). Please call or come by to reserve your space. Check & cash are welcome for deposit; final payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover cards as well as check or cash. For credit card payments, we require a signed credit card authorization from the cardholder... please come by or call our office to request form (sent via fax). We also require a signed video/photography release in order to join us on this trip. DUE TO POSSIBLE GOV'T TAX HIKE OR FUEL INCREASE (though rare), PRICE IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY & CHANGE UNTIL PAID IN FULL. Since this is a discounted group special, ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE; PAYMENTS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE & NON-CHANGEABLE (a change is considered a cancellation). (Minimal number of persons is required to participate in this trip for these prices; if a minimal number of persons does not go, prices/terms may be different & you will be notified of same for a decision). MINORS TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:  In addition to a valid U.S passport the child must have, minors (children under 18 on date of departure) traveling out of the country without both natural parents MUST also have a notarized affidavit of permission to travel without parent(s) from each absent parent or guardian. (Parent/guardian having full custody or parent with deceased spouse must have paperwork proving same).

  

Be advised: Visa is required for Australia (minimal cost, obtainable on-line electronically).
